Returns and Refunds

1. Cancellation: You may cancel your order if the seller has not yet shipped the product to our warehouse.

2. Refunds: We will refund the full amount if the order is canceled before reaching our warehouse. If you wish to return a product after delivery, the return shipping charges will be your responsibility. Only the product price will be refunded; bank charges, shipping, import duties, and iWishBag service fees will not be refunded.

3. Product Returns: You may return products if you do not like them, provided the seller is still accepting returns.
